This Business & Enterprise centre was set up by the Caterham Barracks Community Trust to support small businesses and contribute to the range of jobs and opportunities created to replace those lost when Caterham Barracks (the Guards Depot) closed in 1995.
It was sold to the Trust by the developer Linden Homes and its 19 rooms can accommodate a range of businesses . All rooms are Cat5 cabled and are supplied with a telephone and broadband. Tenants have to supply their own furniture but, if we can, we will fit out your room with furniture acquired from previous tenants.
